This will require deleting the TacOConfig. All the modifications made in GW2 TacO moving windows, adding an API key, validating markers are kept in memory until it is closed where they are then saved in the configuration file by default, GW2 TacO closes at the same time as Guild Wars 2. If these changes are no longer present at the next launch, there has probably been a write blockage which prevented GW2 TacO from correctly saving the data.

This is a problem especially present in Windows 10 whose protections require users to intervene manually without notification. So that GW2 TacO can save its modifications, it must have the rights to be able to access but also to write in its file. It is at this level that Windows can interfere by preventing it from creating its configuration file or writing to it if, as by default, GW2 TacO is installed in a root folder which is protected. First of all, you must read the content of the GW2TacO.

In case, the blockage is still present, you will have to take a closer look at what can block the program. Is there another safety program that can be involved? What folder is used and what are its requested permission levels.

Do the game and GW2 TacO have the same elevation levels? It is not possible to solve here all the cases of figure the majority of the blockings are related to one of these elements. If you encounter as markers other than those you create this icon, so this is an error in the files Taco.

This can happen if files replaced or deleted during a package update have not been removed from your version. To be sure that this does not happen, during the update, make sure that all the files of the previous version have been erased. It is also possible that this is an error on my part in the writing of the marker. In this case, indicate where it appears for me to correct: taco heinze. There must be one or more files that have not been updated correctly or old files have not been replaced.

You most probably started Guild Wars 2 in administrator mode or from an application that was already an administrator mode, or other reasons like Reshade execution. If none of this has solved the problem, you will have to do a DxDiag diagnostic in order to provide a log to the author of GW2 TacO but to date, it is almost certain that the problem is solved via one of the previously given tracks. Check if you are using Guild Wars 2 in full screen mode.

Set up the game in « Fullscreen windowed » or « Windowed » in the graphics options key on the keyboard. If you do not run the game in full screen mode and you still do not see anything, please contact the author of GW2 TacO so that he can solve the problem.

This problem can occur if you are using ArcDPS. Indeed, this one also creates an overlay and it is possible that TacO does not record the support of the key as being done on the game.

Just select the file containing the POIs « poidata. Then, it will be enough to declare the course in a file of markers. Here is an example of a route declaration to copy into the XML file:. Enjoy your loved ones by respecting the instructions and all of you are well. You can be notified from your browser of updated markers or new information available through RSS Feed These RSS feeds are presented in the same way as NEWS but have the advantage of taking advantage of the fact that the browser will check for you if there are new publications and notify you if this is the case.

It is possible to choose on which medium the markers and trails will be visible in independent ways see only the markers in 3D view, and the trails on the mini map for example. Marker packs can be easily created and shared through a single file in ZIP format renamed with the extension. TacO to encourage you not to decompress the files. External TACO. Do not use with full versions! Click on « Properties ». At the bottom of the window that appears, check « Unlock ». Validate by clicking on « OK ».

Installation of External Packs It is quite possible for you to add markers packs provided by other creators Tekkit for example. Restart GW2 TacO for the change to take effect. Use Start Guild Wars 2. Play the game in « Fullscreen windowed » or « Windowed » in the graphics options icon at the top left of the screen or with the touch on the keyboard. Without this, the overlay can not be displayed over the game.

The GW2 TacO icon will appear after you log in to a character. It's visible at the top left of your screen next to the icons of the game. The size of the GW2 TacO interface will be the size of your game interface. If this is not the case, simply change the size of the game interface for the game. Return to the desired size and restart TacO. You can change the window size by clicking on the option « Toggle Edit Mode for Windows » then moving the blue edges to enlarge or move them.

Did this as lvl 43, so of course i didn't have any problems taming. This is the first time I've been at that tree, and he was just waiting in the shade. Got there at about , so I got him while most people are in school or at work. Comment by Just got him a few minutes ago. Comment by I just wanna thank the people who write the hours and the place Instant respawn, but of course you have to be level 76 to tame him.

At least it is an option for Hunters in that level range rather than camping for Humar. Comment by Camped for around 5 hours today Still no sign and im getting tired of it.

Trying different theoriesin taming. Currently just checking occasionally everytime i log on. Any last minute theories that you would like me to try out? Thanks Edit: After another 3 hours of camping i logged off. A half an hour later I realized I wasn't in an inn so i decided to log on to hearth. I log on on top of the tree and i jump down to check on Humar. I climbed up the tree to hearth and i have to thank you for your great guides on taming Humar.

Now to pick a name Edit: Named him Ebony Comment by who is beter over all him or the white lion? Comment by Boarwood For those hunters among us who are higher level and want this pet, there's a new cat called Pitch at lv 76 in sholazar basin. Not a rare, easy to tame. Comment by i've been waiting here for 4 hours waiting for him to spawn.

Comment by Really good pet. All the hunters on my account have him, all I did was everytime I was in Ratchet I would just go to his spawn area and see if he was there. He spawns right under the tree, pretty much right above Ratchet closest to Durotar. Hope this helped :. Comment by Uberchode So I went up to the tree earlier last night to see if Humar was around Obviously, I said eff that and moved on. Came back an hour later to only one of the original three hunters.

This time, I decided to climb the tree and simply log out while I ran a few Heroics. After logging in about five or six times over the course of three or four hours, I said forget about it and went and passed out. Got up at like this afternoon thinking that there is NO WAY he is there since I've been in a sleep coma for about 8 hours I logged in, and look who was sitting right in the middle of my screen.

Still groggy from sleep and too excited to wait, I popped a freezing trap behind me on the tree and started taming immediately. Not only did half of the lions at the tree aggro as he went by, but I also had left on Aspect of the Cheetah so it was daze central. Obviously, the worst part of this tame is the wait Better yet, these guys spawn within a min. I'll try to log back in later this evening to see if I can pinpoint a spawn time since most people have pointed to hours.

Comment by Razor Just got this beauty on my hunter, waited for about 16hours game time before I saw him. Comment by I just tamed this Humar this morning with my 23 Night Elf Hunter, all I used was a Concussive Shot and Freezing Trap at max range just as folk were saying, he only managed to get afew hits in so there was little trouble. After camping for around 2 hours I just logged fairly late in the evening and checked in the morning, he was there. Love the skin and the roaring animation, I think this is a must for all low level hunters and then there is Pitch for the higher level hunters.

This is definately my favorite cat skin. Thanks everyone for the tips, it really did make the difference! He spawned right in front of us - right under the tree! Killed off the savannah matriarchs and patriarchs around the tree several times so we didnt have to worry about em while he tamed Humar.

Tamed pretty easy. Thanks :. Comment by frageally ive been waiting for 10 hours so far and he hasnt spawned yet but its given me lots of time skins : wtf y wont he spawn.

Comment by Yakeshi Man I don't want to rob a hunter of their chance to tame a really cool animal Comment by Yakeshi and thus anger every hunter in the Warcraft world. Comment by i canot find him ive been to the co ordintes wats his spawn timer? Comment by ragedaug Maybe it's the extra 3 levels, but at level 26 I didn't have any problems taming Humar. I guess you can do all the "tree" stuff.

I didn't need to. Comment by I just tamed Humar for the first time on my level 26 hunter. Comment by I tamed him yesterday. Level 31 Dwarf. First try too. I wiped out all the other mobs first then got in the tree. I didn't use any traps, just started taming. He hit me maybe 3 times. Pretty Easy. Very cool looking cat. Comment by He is my goal when I get my hunter to 23! Right now I'm only 11 with my hunter I rolled up and he was walking around.

Very cool beast to have. Comment by Tamed him a few minutes ago Comment by so this baby was really was to tame. This morning from 3am-8am I camped him Signed off, slept 4 hours, got back on from 12pm Signed off, went and ate dinner. When I signed off, there were two level?

Horde at the spot, probably also waiting for him. When I signed back on at pm, there staring at me was Humar, the big black cat himself.

I hurried and put down an ice trap and started taming. He's been renamed Neko, and I'm so happy with him. Just like with my Ghostsaber who took 19 cat figurines to get it was well worth the wait. Good luck for everyone else who is camping him too! Comment by unfourtunately now blizz decided to make another lion with the same skin as humar, he is no longer the only black lion in the game : so do not waste too much time camping for him.

As for how to tame him, I just did it and it was total cake. I didn't climb a tree or anything like that. I just tamed a raptor near by and cleared out the other lions. Got myself just outside taming range and sent the raptor to his death.

Humar beat him like a red-headed stepchild and just before he bit the big one, I laid my freeze trap, abandoned the raptor and started taming. Humar bee-lined it for me, hit the trap and patiently waited in a block of ice. By the time he got loose, I had about 6 seconds left and he was all mine. He makes a nice addition to the others in my stable, and my beloved. Comment by I just tamed this nice beast. I was just going around, killing some mobs, and dinged.

Then suddenly my pet gets attacked by something, then I see its a black tiger, and its a Rare-Elite.. Then i saw that it was Humar the Pridelord, then I runned away, abadonned my old pet, and got this : Really happy because I got this pet now :P. Comment by Cooperhead Got it! Comment by Peppermynt I just tamed him yesterday morning around this time now : 6am! It was so great to just see him laying there not doing anything with anyone around!

Comment by Koragos I can Confirm that his spawn timer is 12 hours, not sure about I logged on one afternoon at pm to find his dead carcass under the tree. Checking back every hour after 8 o'clock mark I was able to catch him up no earlier, no later than am must have been the time he was killed, note I found the body not the ToD Good Luck to any other hunters looking to catch this awesome cat!

Comment by lol don't forget if ur only lvl 23 you can lvl up your skinning killing the martriaches and stuff around. Comment by does he still exist caz ive been camping his spawn zone for weeks and hes never there. Comment by I only killed him once, but I skinned him for my first ever Heavy Leather Comment by Karocus The spawn timer for Humar may differ from server to server, and it likely varies between spawns.

I had a hunter on the Blackwater Raider realm and was able to tame Humar twice in under six hours. The first time, he spawned while I waited. The second time, I showed up a little under six hours later and he was already sitting under the tree.

This was likely an unusual occurance since there is much difference in the opinion of his spawn timer. But, the reality is, this DID happen. Following the launch of WotLK, Humar is more easily found.

Whether or not his spawn timer has been changed is unknown, but certainly fewer people are opting to tame Humar. He's usually under the tree every time I stop by to visit him so he can play with my lvl 80 kitty. I don't kill him. Comment by Isuche I have a tutorial on taming Humar, the same one I used. Fly to Ratchet 2. From the dock at Rachet there is a road leading out to your left. Run that way.

There will be a large tree on your right still technically in Rachet 3. Turn right at the tree and there will be a trail that leads you up and over the hill. Be careful- there will be 2 scytheclaws very close. When you get to the top of of the hill look to your right. There is a tree near the far edge of the plateau you are now standing on. That is his tree. Kill the raptors and stray hyenas. Kill them too- very carefully as one set gets pretty close to him.

POOF frozen kitty. Then Tame! Good Luck to all, and happy hunting! Comment by Isuche yep, kenjal. He exists. Right when I went to him I saw him. I was lucky. Now, me and humar are at level 35 from Comment by I went into the tree right by where the lion spawns right when the server was back up.

I waited into that tree for 6hours and then there he was just sleeping in the shade under the tree. I quickly went to the middle of the tree and put down a freezing trap. I started the taming and all the lions by him came after me while humar got freezed. I never got touched by humar but i almost got demolished by all the other lions attacking me at the same time.

That lion will definately be my pet for awhile, along with his awesome colored black skin and his power. And Thx for all the advice above! Comment by I Am currently camping the humar and siting with me is a 23 orc hunter Comment by Just Tamed The Beast lol man i wait for 3 hours multiboxing my 80s and fight of horde almost non stop when i was dead humar apeard and the hunter orc tryed to tame and died i reved and tamed him its sweet.

Comment by Hi im Anarkist i am a Blood Elf Hunter, Well i was waiting for this pet for ages and ages then i gave up. Comment by Autobahn Just tamed Humar about 3 minutes ago, spawned at about pm server time on Khadgar server. After camping for 5 hours, I left my computer for a minute, came back and I was being attacked by a black mass of a lion :. Comment by How come my Humar is invisible and it doesn't run?

Comment by Dinged 23, walked to the tree, was there, tamed. Comment by lock I tamed him awhile back on my server with my hunter, was looking through the rare pets we could get and I had to get him. Was pretty easy, soon as i hit 23 i went to his spot he wasnt there, camped him the rest of the day with no luck, then left and went to do some farming on my paly, came back on my hunter later that night and camped him while I slept, what do I wake up to, my macro going crazy, so i get up set my freezing trap down and concussive shot him, i nearly messed it up as he got to pound on me for a bit, but i did get him just barely had any hp left.

So I got him and couldnt be happier, I seen several hunter's come and go as i camped him. Humar will probably always be my main pet as I have a big dark grey cat who resembles him the most out of the other cats ingame. May not be as unique as it used to be, but on my server, very few have him that i have noticed, the people that do have the skin of him were lazy and went to scholozar basin and get pitch.

I'd rather have camped Humar and him be my Elite pet, thats how you can tell if it Humar, does it have Elite on his name bar when you browse over him. Comment by Been waiting for this dude for awhile now, but it is confirmed that killing all of the cats around him does NOT make him spawn faster:. Comment by to tame him ez mode. Comment by Just tamed him, i am impressed him very much.

Didn't bother camping him, i actually was headed to ratchet on my priest and decided to check sure enough he was there got on my hunter and flew over now i have Humar and Takk both are very nice. Comment by I was a little freaked out and hesitant to camp this cat with the hour respawn rate. I did though. Right on top of the tree in shadowmeld Nightelf Huntard. Around an hour and a half rolled by and I jumped out of the tree, got as close as I could without pulling him, dropped a trap and started taming.

Named him Razorclaw after a Transformer, one of the Predacons which was indeed a Lion. Comment by DkPower i just killed him on my 71 DK and my server is shu halo. Comment by i just tamed humar and mine is a level 36 elite not a 23 like the page says easy to do im a level 41 orc hunter he was awesome helping me take out alliance outriders in the barrens my server is blackhand.

Comment by I guess maybe i just got lucky, I got to the tree and sat for a little bit and decided to kill the mob. So I killed the mob and turned and there was a zebra, so i killed the zebra turned around again and lo and behold there he was in all his majesty Comment by I've gotten two Humars on Gul'Dan, once I sat up in a tree for hours, logging on and off until, running through on an alt, I spotted him.

That was at lvl Then at lvl 26 while skinning the hell out of the area, I spotted him again. So I ran to Ratchet, bought another stable slot, and got another Humar. The moral is, if you want it just hover in the area once in awhile. It'll come. Comment by lock They should have Pitch removed from the game or have his skin changed. On my server, sure there were a few die hard hunters who had thE Humar, but not alot of em. Now every lazy hunter and his mother has the damn skin of Pitch, which you can tell cause, it doesn't have Elite on the name bar.

Comment by Spot has been confirmed, although I'm sure everyone knows that. So, once something spawned I could see if it was him or not. Some Lv. So, I decided to be nice and loot my stuff for him to skin. What happens? Humar spawns and as I'm taming it, the DK kills it. How much of bad timing is that? So, my advice blizzard? Once something is being tamed, it should be claimed and unattackable. Comment by I've had pretty good luck with Humar.

I've seen him 4 times. Humar doesnt hit too hard. Comment by i jsut got him few minutes ago and id say its worth it. Comment by Just got him, servers restarted at 11am today, read up on this pet started camping at pm he spawned and i got him a pm. Comment by I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but Draenei hunters looking to tame him, take full advantage of your Gift of Naaru, use it right as he starts attacking you, and then start taming, at least thats what I did when taming him, and use the same idea when taming a lvl 19 Ghost Saber at lvl Comment by I have a lvl 24 dwarf hunter and was looking for a good elite pet to call my own.

Humar stood out over all the others for me and the moment i saw his pic on the sight i knew i had to have him. I sat at the top of the tree where he spawns for bout 30 min then began working on my leather working and skinning skills, killing anything that was skinable. Yes i am crazy to have sat there for 7 hours i know but that was the hard part. The easy part was taming him.

Used the ice trap and got him from the top o da tree. Well worth the wait. The moment i hearthed into town people were asking me where id got him. Named him Humar because well that's his name. Thanks to this sight and all those on it for the tips. Elite if it says Elite , its humar.. If it dosen't, its Pitch. For camping him, i suggest parking your toon in the tree, then logging in every so often to check hanging around for maybe 5 minutes.

Comment by Xalviar been looking off and on for weeks but finally started camping 2 days ago. So i tamed him and now i am happy cause i got the white lion too. My advice to anyone looking to catch him, camp him on your hunter, but do something else while u wait and just look back at the screen every few minutes gl to all.

Comment by Cords are right he is under a tree with some cats kill them so they don't disturb you he is sleeping but going next to him awakes him he is not really hard to tame or kill if you kill he drops a start quest item if tame do it like this Kill the cats then climb the tree put a ice trap on the place you climbed he will pass by there when coming now if you have Really Sticky Glue this is easy you get it from quest in Sen'Jin village now use the glue consecutive shot then start taming with glue CS and trap he won't touch you without glue 3 or 2 hits don't worry he doesn't take much life from you enjoy him he is really good pet took me 1 week to spawn spawn time is hours confirmed.

Comment by I finally got this handsome boy about fifteen minutes ago I only had to wait 12 hours , and I must say, its worth the wait. A little tip for alliance players You aren't going to be the only one aware of Humar. Pay off the alliance to leave you be, or simply be patient and let them capture him first.

Another day or two of waiting isn't going to hurt. He spawns in the exact same spot every time. When there's horde around, its best to camp your toon there, preferably alive it makes life more difficult for when he does show his face - resurrecting, clearing mobs, laying traps Camp there, log out, and log in every so often to check if he's there.

I suggest logging in at a rather odd time for other players, ie. All the luck of capturing this beauty. Despite the pet nerfs, this guy is definitely a keeper. Comment by I didn't need to do all that fancy hanging off the tree stuff. Just ran up into the tree and waited. Logged on and off and spotted him five minutes before leaving for work. Just dropped a freeze trap and started taming. Only got hit once. Found him at I was lv 25 but 23's should have no problem still.

He can't do THAT much damage in just one hit. Very nice catch. Only had two other hunters try to come and camp while i was there. So not too many people hunting him. Comment by Jara15 The easiest way to tame this beauty as Alliance player is by this way: 1.

The hardest part - travel throught Duskwood and Stranglethorn Vale to Booty bay and by boat to Ratchet 3. Find Humar the Pridelord above Ratchet next to some tree 4. You wont use traps or anything else. Simply kill mobs around throw Magic Dust on Humar and start taming.

I tried this by myself few times and everytime this strategy works. Comment by Raginbum1 I caught him on my first toon when i was lvl 24 and since then has been my favorite pet. I like looking him up every once in a while to check if he's there. Comment by Alot of people like this kind of animal for its rarity, He in some way to hunters has a bonus to stat contribution from the player. From what i last know of.. Humar is the Best pet to level with beyond level He has nice damage and aggro and if you have Bloodthirsty Ensure yourself he will never die.

This means if you keep a pet for a longer period of your leveling time their loyalty level grows Notifications to Loyal Leveling Removed and some how pets get a green glow after being fed and Glyph of Mend Pet The longer you keep a pet through your leveling experience the better the pet is at level 80 Trying to Confirm that Humar is a better pet than Pitch is at level 80 Note: I wish that Blizzard added Pet Loyalty back to WoW because it showed alot of personality your pet would have through out the game.

Comment by Jinxies Humar in Icelandic means Lobster. So this is a lobster. Comment by Which one is better? Comment by I tamed Humar a few hours ago. I camped from 12pm and got him at around pm the same day.

I was expecting it to take much longer. I had nowhere to go all day so I pretty much stayed there, checking regularly. And then the one time I go off to do other stuff, my dad and brother start yelling that he'd respawned. Is there anybody else have the same problem and successfully solve the problem? Thanks in advance. You were unsuccessful at clearing the GW2 cache, or you were successful at clearing the cache, but it made no difference in your ability to access the Trading Post?

You can find the instructions for clearing the GW2 cache at the same link and 'Search - Troubleshoot Trading Post', if necessary. Eventually your Coherent files are damaged. These files are used for showing the browser in game.

Close GW, rename the bin or bin64 folder in your installation folder and start it again. It should download the coherent again. Maybe this can solve your problem.

Inculpatus cedo. I deleted the cache successfully but it didn't make any difference Even on a fairly new server he was hard to track down, the first time I spent around 8 hours staring at the tree and gave up. Now I'm level 40 and went to go get broken tooth instead, lot of people out there too, almost gave up on that till i decided to pop in before dinner and thankfully there he was so i tamed him, and happened to tame barnabas there a couple hours earlier.

So this morning I woke up around 5 AM and decided since I was awake to pop into WoW just too give humar a shot again, so I sat there for 45 mins, then this annoying dwarf showed up, started jumping over me and running circles around my mount..

I didnt move. I guess he got tired of being annoying cause he went and sat himself down on the other side of the tree, lucky me! Humar showed up right in front of me 5 mins later and the dwarf had no clue. So three rares in less then 24 hours total. Cant complain. Comment by Allakhazam found him and tamed him on the first try. No hordes or alli people around neither.

Not a sausage. I am really hoping he hasn't been removed from the game, as some postings I have seen have suggested. Should he turn up, i'll be certain to follow this post with another confirming his existance. Comment by Allakhazam Ok, English time, I tamed him at pm on Argent Dawn and he was sat at the very back of the tree.

Little feline.. Oh well, he's mine now and ravashing through my food supplies. Good luck to those still after him : p. Comment by Allakhazam Killed this morning not by me. I'm trying to tame him appx. I started a Draenei Hunter, and once I hit a level 23 sat and waited for him to spawn.

Started taming him, missed the first time, used scare beast, healed up, ice trap and tamed again. No problem. Good luck all. Comment by Allakhazam tame him at lvl 23, i spend 3 hours in there, but was all worth it Comment by Allakhazam he's really easy to tame actually. Log out near his respawn place and just come back every few hours. When he spawns, lay down a frost trap and start taming. I you have things like really sticky glue, that helps, and even a concussive shot before.

I headed up to camp Humar and a lvl 43 NE hunter was there camping as well. We harassed each other for the better part of 6 hours kill me - he tried to run a few mob trains into me then feign death the bastage , but what else do you expect on a pvp server?

At some point we both must have taken a break and ran into each other at the inn at Ratchet - and both tore back there. Before I took my break I was pretty irritated - I was determined to be there and get him myself and if I couldn't tag him, I was going to do my best to keep NE Hunter him from getting Him.

I even went so far as to name the pet I was going to abandon a derogatory name towards his mother no offense, btw. We were there for not more than 10 minutes at most Approx.

But I didn't have the heart to when it came down to it. What a softee I'm turning out to be. So I'm camping there now with my slumber sand and sticky glue and freezing trap.

Comment by Allakhazam I guess I must have just gotten lucky. I have been playing WoW for about a week. I found a list of pets on a website and Humar sounded cool. I went to the spot it showed on the map and he was there.

Tamed first try. Glad I didn't have to camp for hours like some of you! Comment by Allakhazam Just wanted to post stats for humar at lvl Any help here will be greatly appreciated, thanks. Comment by Allakhazam Sorry to say, but Humar isn't that great. All his stats are lower than Rake at the same level. I compared him at level 28 to my level 28 Rake, and the only thing Humar had over her was 0. Everything else, every stat, armor, speed, all lower.

He is neat looking and somewhat rare, but overall, not worth your time to camp when you could get a better pet that's easier to tame sooner with Rake. Comment by Allakhazam Whats the diff. Comment by Allakhazam That's right. Spent 10 hrs camping him all in the name of RP.

He is a cool looking cat none the less. Makes a fine edition to the stable with the rake. When he spawned I had a level 54 priest assistin me but man did he hate the priest. They had to fade to lose agro after I spendt a while trying to taunt shot him off the priest. He spawns at the tree with all the patriarchs and matriarchs closest to ratchet too like the others said. Irujin - 23 Troll Hunter Shadow Council.

I didn't realize that you don't get a durability hit if Horde kill you as opposed to mobs, or at least that's what it seems like from the combat log , so I went completely naked. It was my first time doing this going to the Horde continent, and going anywhere naked , so I didn't even bring a gun big mistake.

I died twice, then an extremely nice Night Elf Rogue Level 51 decided to help me get to the spot. Looked around the bushes for a bit, no luck. He wasn't there, and I camped for about 45 minutes-1 hour, then logged this was last night. Lay down a freezing trap and started taming, it was no problem, even for a naked Unfortunately I had to go to work right after which is where I am now , so haven't had a chance to test him out.

Comment by Allakhazam Im gonna tame either humar or the rake.. Comment by Allakhazam i started my camp for humar last night, spoend about 3 hours last night.

And now this morning im sitting on the tree hunting and waiting, its a skinners dream. I will update daily on my wait for humar, i cant wait to get him. I am prepared to camp here for weeks till i get him. Comment by Allakhazam I'm just wondering if he's a Random spawn or on a Spawntimer? Been at that tree for about 6 hours today and kept killing the patriarchs and matriarchs so i doubt he's a random spawn Edited, Tue Sep 20 I tamed him, and now hes MINE!

Comment by Allakhazam I got him earlier this morning. Had been camping him all night for about hours on and off. Had to logout to go to work for the night, login and there he is in all his glory! Comment by Allakhazam the respawn time is 10 hours on humar, i just got mine after helpen a buddy get his at 6pm server time, i came back at 4am and tamed mine so hope this helps you all out and happy hunting Odysseous server gilneas.

Comment by Allakhazam oops Edited, Fri Dec 9 Comment by Allakhazam Humar's spawn is random. I've seen him spawn at 10 hours, and 8 hours after the server was back up.

I know this for a fact because I do alot of skinning around his tree. Killing the named charger Swiftwind did not make him spawn either. All you can do is wait until he pops, and hope that you can tame him before someone else does. Comment by Allakhazam I took a young guild member into the Barrens to kill a demon and get the cloak he drops, after letting him run around killing things to lvl, me and my wife a NE Hunter went to see if Humar was there, we approached the tree and she told me he isn't there, so I walked around and on the west side of the tree he was there!

In utter shock I ran through all the other lions and began taming while my wife slaughtered the other lions and there cubs. Humar is mine, Finally. So now my Pet list is as follow Echeyakee lvl16 in training 2. Stranglethorn Vale Panther lvl35 Main atm 3. Not sure. I need a tank. Any suggestions? Edited, Tue Jan 3 Comment by Allakhazam hmm the pic i put it small, but he has some good def, mines is at lvl 33, and his def is like or something like that, of course my beast talent for def is maxed, but imagine what his def would be when i lvl him more, i say hes a good pet.

Comment by Allakhazam him 4 days and ive heard rumors in my guild that one of our hunters waited ther for a week ta get him? Comment by Allakhazam I've been waiting for humar to pop up. I'm dieing. I gotta get this pet.

How long does it take? Some say days others say he should pop up every hours Comment by Allakhazam Does anyone know if Humar is any better than Bangalash? I have Bangalash at lvl 60 and just tamed Humar. I'm wondering if it's worth the hours and hours to level Humar. Fourth, it is my belief that he was tamed earlier this morning at around or so server time, give or take.

I located him at I got Dishu and after a while, gave up trying to get Humar. I rerolled then came back and made my 60 Paladin. Now I decide to make my hunter a twink, now level 24 and No Humar yet -. Comment by Allakhazam is he near the matriarchs and the cubs or the tree with savahnnah prowlers lvl 15? Comment by Allakhazam omg! I dont know how good he is yet because i was reading this as i was taming him but he is a cool lion Comment by Allakhazam Yeah :D finally got him..

Wednesday - And the pet i had was an elite bear from dun moroph, but he sucked sow i wanna change him : So, after i got the cords i starded to camp under the three. Comment by Allakhazam I found Humar exactly where everyone here mentioned. I was really lucky; when I approached the area, he was snoozing under the tree with his ladies. I released some random bear I had brought along on my journey, and started to tame him. A female and her cub joined the fight, and I was toast.

Tried again. Got him to fight me alone, but he still killed me. I tried again, using aspect of the monkey. I was at level Comment by Allakhazam Got this guy on Saturday. He spawns in the shadow of the big tree that everyone is talking about. Edit: They fixed the map Then I thought I can come back and tame him, looking so cool!

Nevertheless, I stopped by his spot once in a while passing The Barrens with my now L32 Hunter, and spotted him late at night. Tamed him nicely : But not so long after my tame, my girlfriend called and we talked a long while. When I returned to my screen, Humar has ran away : I parked my Hunter to his spot and logout. Checking him every hours, I saw him again like hours later and tamed him again : So, not so long respawn timer, normal. He surely looks cool!

Comment by Allakhazam ok Comment by Allakhazam 1. Comment by Allakhazam If humar is almost dead all the lions around the tree pawne u! Comment by Allakhazam Ty zoxe.. Comment by Allakhazam Edited, Fri Dec 9 Comment by Allakhazam I waited for Humar for 8 hours straight. I don't know about his spawn time. I have heard ppl camp him for days on end, maybe I was just a lucky one to get him after 8 hours lol.

He is a really good pet to have. I am lvl 40 and he is also. I do know at lvl 40 his armor is over Comment by Allakhazam Got him this morning. I took the same approch. Logout right near where he spawns - get up early and bang he is right there. Coolest cat in the game IMO. WJ Edited, Sat Jan 28 Comment by Allakhazam erm..

Comment by Allakhazam Hes at the tree at 62, Comment by Allakhazam where is he located exactly. Comment by Allakhazam i know that Humar spawns under a tree at coords 61, Comment by Allakhazam After thinking about future pets Currently level 18 i decided to take a look at his place, just to know where it is.

And guess what, there he was! It was around 2am in the morning. I just watched him, killed some random mobs there, and 1 hour later he was gone. Seems he only spwams for X hours of time, and then he's gone again. I'll keep my Dishu untill i can get this baby xD. No exact spawning times it seems although late night seems to be a better time OK after waiting for approx. Humar spawned at pm EST on the Thrall server. There is a map just below that, that is the right map.

Humar is just to the left as you enter ratchet. He is under the huge tree about 2 trees in close to those rocks. But NOT in Felwood! Comment by Allakhazam I was at ratchet when i was lvl 23 and i was talking to my friend about humar.

Comment by Allakhazam In order to get Humar the Pridelord to spawn is to kill all the lions around the tree, yes, even the cubs! At first, he will not be there. You will have to kill off all the lions and cubs. When the lions respawn, he will spawn with them. Now, this was my experience, and I'm sure ppl have their stories but this worked best for me.

I got him to spawn on the first try doing this. Make sure you find the tree with the cubs - because that's where he will spawn. Easy as pie. Good luck, he's a keeper. Comment by Allakhazam I got him!

No sign of him! I was really discouraged, esp since I was already nervous of the horde ganking me while I was there and not having a pet at my side to help me. Anyway, I went to bed and the next morning I logged in at server time Maelstrom.

I went to Ratchet, and the town was empty! Guess all the horde were sleeping. LOL As I approached the pride tree, there he was! I tamed him in one shot, he never called in any lions to help or anything.

As soon as I got him, I fed him and hearthed back to Stormwind City. SOOOO worth the wait! I had been camping him for a week, checking for him every hours, and logging off at the rock right across from "The Pride Tree". I abandoned my Echeyakee right then and there for this guy. I still do not notice any distinguishing characteristic of his spawn time.

I am trying to help my brother, and fellow BE Hunter get him as well. I have seen him twice since then, but He is using a leveled up Ghostclaw Ravager. I stayed in the Barrens near the pride tree all day after I tamed him, save for a few quests I picked up from Ratchet, but I saw him tamed all three times in one day.

I got him in the morning He was not there again at in the morning. IT has to rest each day, apparently Truth be told Now that all pets have been nerfed though I guess it doesn't matter between Humar and a freaking crab. I like him though, and I do not regret wasting a week to get him. Edited, Jan 29th am by Jalanas. Comment by Allakhazam Does anyone know what his attack speed is? My eychakee has a 2 attack speed so please tell me what yours is. I want whichever one has a faster one but dont want to waste any more time hunting humar.

Comment by Allakhazam I got him after 10mins camping muhahahaha! I love him, ok i am still in beta, but i will grab him in final also, thats for sure! Comment by Allakhazam Thx to the ppl posting the area to find Humar, made getting him a lot easier. The hardest part was running a Nightelf hunter into the heart of Horde territory.

Humar was snoozing under his tree : If theres a certain pet you want just try and get it whether it be a rare or just a type you like the look of! Sometimes luck will go with you. Comment by Allakhazam Hey Guys, Benn campin for about 8 hours now anyone kno how often he spawns? Comment by Allakhazam theres a realy bad thing about killin humar 1 thing is when hes low health he calls all the lions around the tree so be careful.

Comment by Allakhazam just killed him a couple of minutes ago with my alt rogue char, and he dropped one blue and one green item. Both mail. Comment by Allakhazam I finally tamed Humar after 3 weeks of camping his tree with my lvl 27 Hunter on Celeron Circle.

I logged into my hunter about 1am last night just to check before going off to bed and there he was! I almost dropped my bow in surprise. I had about given up looking for him. I ran away, healed and reset my trap. I got him the second time.

He shows up as elite has the fancy icon so I'm confused by these posts that say he's a rare, not elite. I'm looking forward to kicking some major mob booty with this bad boy. Edited, Fri Nov 4 Comment by Allakhazam well after 11 total hours camping him i finally spoted him on a run back to that tree with the mats and pats Comment by Allakhazam This cat was funny, I happened to find him, and kill him, then the rest of the cats in the area all charge me, must have been a dozen or so and thier cubs.

What a laugh. Comment by Allakhazam Humar can be found under the last tree on the ridge above Ratchet. Coming from the docks in Ratchet that would be on the right, coming from the crossroads along the road it would be on the left. Coming from the Crossroads simply dont go into the valley where Ratchet is, follow the cliff up onto the escarpment like in the old Tarzan movies and continue until youd fall off - youll see Ratchet on your right in the valley below.

There is also a copper vein and plenty of wanderers to level with as well as the named Zhevra - Swiftmane. Hell spawn if you kill enough of his fellow zhevra. Its also a great place to practice skinning, I got 2 stacks of medium skins and a few light hides while i waited for Humar to spawn.

Hope this help. Good hunting. Comment by Allakhazam hey, can anyone help me with the spawn time on Suramar? Lavishar- 43 Orc Hunter- Crushridge. Comment by Allakhazam Just letting you all know, I was camping Humar for a couple hours this morning That was at pm game time. Waited and waited Thats an 11hr respawn for me on the Draka server.

I read a message on Thotbot saying they werent sure if he still existed cuz he hadnt been seen for awhile. Fear not! He is still there! Tough out the wait. Comment by Allakhazam His respawn is 10 hours. I logged on this morning at 10a. He spawned again at 8p. I have been there at different times now for some days, and he hasn't been there.
