I had a look at the link you attached above and tried downloading it manually using the update assistant. But it's tell me I can't download it this way because I need a net work administrator at my work place to allow for this upgrade to happen. This would be because of the Enterprise Edition I have.

So I will have to take my laptop to work and access the network and try that way. I'm just wondering if that is the issue with the update through windows update. Perhaps I need to be connected to their network to get this to download properly. Will have to ask the IT experts at work to see if this may be the issue.
